Each row needs its own service definition with its own duration, its own crew requirement, and its own buffer. Scheduling the multi-day install

Book it as one continuous block, not as daily appointments. If your install is three days, it should exist as a single job spanning three days assigned to one crew. Assign the crew, not individuals, where you can. Three practical responses:
