Built for the field

Native iOS features your techs will actually use.

We built the GetTimePad iOS app for one person: the tech with greasy hands, in a hot attic, trying to update a job between calls.

Tech Mode, one-thumb

Big tap targets, swipe-to-update statuses, and a dedicated mobile tab bar designed for working with one hand on a busy jobsite.

Voice job creation

Tap the mic and say what you need. Whisper transcribes, GPT extracts the customer, address, and service — you review and confirm. Faster than typing on glass.

Live GPS in the background

Your En Route status pings location automatically. Customers see you on the live map without you touching the screen between calls.

Photo & document capture

Native camera access for before/after shots, VINs, panel photos, and damage docs. Attached to the appointment in seconds.

Push notifications

New jobs, reschedules, customer messages, and payment confirmations push instantly — even with the app closed.

Haptic feedback

Subtle vibrations confirm status changes, payment captures, and form submits. You feel the success without staring at the screen.

Pull-to-refresh everywhere

Swipe down on any list — calendar, customers, messages — for an instant refresh. The native gesture every iPhone user already knows.

Face ID & Touch ID

Biometric unlock keeps customer data private without slowing you down. Required for payments and protected account actions.

On screen

Designed for thumbs, not desks.

Privacy by default

Location only pings while you are clocked into Tech Mode or have an active job in En Route. No tracking off-shift.

Battery friendly

Adaptive ping intervals throttle when stationary and speed up when moving — accurate ETAs without killing your phone.

Built for iPhone & iPad

Universal binary. Use it on the iPhone in your pocket and the iPad on the office wall — same login, same data, optimized layouts.

FAQ

Mobile app questions, answered.

Is this a real native iOS app or just a website?

It is a native iOS app built with Capacitor — installed from the App Store, with full access to iOS features like Face ID, push notifications, the camera, haptics, and background location. It is not a wrapped website.

Is there an Android version?

The same Capacitor codebase supports Android. The iOS app is shipping first; Android is on the roadmap. In the meantime, the GetTimePad web app works in any mobile browser.

Does the app work offline?

GPS pings buffer locally and upload when the connection returns. Most other actions require network for real-time sync with your team — but the app handles slow connections gracefully and never loses data submitted from the field.

Will background GPS drain my battery?

iOS background location is heavily optimized — typical impact during a workday is single-digit percentage points. For unlimited tracking with no phone battery impact, pair with the GetTimePad GPS device that sits in the vehicle.

How do I delete my account from the app?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Required by Apple and built in from day one. Your data is removed in line with our privacy policy.

Can I use the same login as the web app?

Yes. One GetTimePad account works across the web app and the iOS app. Status changes, photos, and payments sync in real time.

Put GetTimePad in every tech’s pocket.

Free with every plan. Available on the App Store. Same login, same data, built natively for iPhone.
