1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetTimePad ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, and technicians.

2. Description of Service

GetTimePad is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing scheduling, dispatch, live GPS tracking, customer communications, payment processing, review management, and related tools for field service businesses.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. GPS and Location Data

The Service collects location data from technician devices (browser GPS or dedicated hardware) to provide dispatch, tracking, and ETA features. This data is shared with customers only when tracking sessions are active. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your team members.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Google Maps (geocoding and directions). Your use of these features is subject to the respective provider's terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
